Timesis Srl is an Italian SME with 27 year-expertise on international project management, monitoring and evaluation. It supports the EC (DG ENV) in monitoring and assessing projects funded under LIFE Environment, Nature and Communication Program and perform evaluation of programs for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Its staff cooperated with COMVVFPi for financial reporting, technical management, development of SOP and evaluation during EU funded projects PI.S.A.R.T.E., CBRN Integrated Response and several UCPM module exercises.

Project Technical Coordinator, she has been working in project management as well as office coordination, chief logistician and mission preparedness, needs assessment and project drafting for public and private entities, civilian and militaries, associations and NGOs in several countries of the Middle East. She was also the coordinator of the PIS.A.R.T.E. project, funded by DG ENV/ECHO, and partner coordinator for CBRN Integrated Response project funded by DG Home.

Financial-Technical Assistant, PhD in Evolutionary Biology. Expert in management of Natura 2000 Network, wild fauna and monitoring of LIFE projects. Expert in administrative-financial monitoring of EU funded projects (DG ENV, DG ECHO) and financial reporting.
Paola Milano
Senior SOP Coordinator, she is a senior expert in developing Standard Operating Procedures, development and management of evaluation systems and application of Business Process Reengineering in Public entities.
She has been working within EUCP Modules Exercises for the building up of the evaluation methodology and with the role of Main Evaluator as well as for reporting activities.
Leonardo Pugliesi
Web manager, he is IT Manager, System and Network Administrator, software developer and Web/GIS developer. He is a Telecommunication Engineer.
